We require a $250 pet deposit and a $250 pet fee. Additionally, there is a $40/month fee for dogs and a $30/month fee per cat.

What is the cost of parking?

Parking is available at a cost of $50/month, and a second stall can be rented for $100/month.

Is there guest parking?

We have our outdoor parking lot that is open to the public that we recommend guests park in.

No, this property does not participate in the affordable housing program.

What type of internet do you have?

We are facilitated to support Comcast internet services, although residents are responsible for setting up an internet plan.

Do you have furnished units?

No, we do not have furnished units.

Do you have a pool or hot tub?

We have an outdoor pool for residents.

What schools are you assigned to?

We are assigned to Highland Park High School and Highland Park Middle School.

Is your community smoke-free?

Yes, our community is entirely smoke-free.

Do you have a dog park?

No, we do not have a dog park.

Do you have a clubhouse or party room?

Yes, we have a party room for residents.

Do you have accessible units?

No, we do not have accessible units.

Do you accept packages at your community?

Yes, we receive large mail in our package room.
