Love The Plaza

I have been a resident at the Plaza for 4 years and love living here! The staff is friendly and professional; work orders for repairs or other issues are handled promptly. It's a classy beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown St. Paul, Highland Village and the airport.

THE PLAZA RATES HIGH

I just wanted to comment on how much I enjoy living at The Plaza. I have know of the building since it was built, but previously owned condos and townhouses in the area. When I decided to rent in 2014, I found an available unit that was spacious, quiet, had great views and large windows, and it was able to accommodate my furniture and 12+ bookcases! The staff has been friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests. The neighbors are also friendly, have interesting backgrounds, and respect for the quiet atmosphere of the building. I am happy to renew my lease as of August 1.

February review

Giving 2 reviews: Tami-daughter-My parents have lived at The Plaza for almost 4 years. It is not just an apartment to live, it is a community of diverse people and of all ages. There are activities(optional) to involve the residents which has made my parents (age 87 and 91) live actively and independently. Karen, Brittany and Dale have been there to make my parent's life a happy one since leaving their home. I want to thank everyone for allowing my parent's to be free of entering a senior place Helen/Ed Smith We enjoyed moving into The Plaza after leaving our home of 64 yrs where we were so welcomed and immediately involved in the community. The Plaza is a clean, up-to-date residence where our needs are met immediately. We have made friends of all ages and with the courtesy shuttle we can remain active and mobile. Thank you to Karen, Brittany and Dale our in-house StuartCo. staff who are always there for us!!

Our Staff at the Plaza 5 stars

In regards to our staff at the Plaza, we are very fortunate to have each and everyone. They do a great job in taking care of our needs with a pleasant smile and a great willingness to please. I only hope they're duly rewarded for their efforts to make us feel we live in a wonderful building.

The Plaza is a wonderful place to live!

We have lived at the Plaza for over 3 years and have no intentions of leaving. Not only is it conveniently located with many extra amenities but more importantly it is a warm, welcoming building with diversity- a place for everyone. The maintenance and caretaking staff not only maintain and keep the building sparkling, but care about the people as individuals. They take time to know us and our individual needs. They visit those who can't always get out everyday. They willingly help us with small issues. The office staff is friendly and provides opportunities for gatherings and activities. Although the Plaza is an active community, everyone is afforded their privacy. The Plaza is a wonderful place to live!

Safe, well maintained and consistently beautiful

THE PLAZA APARTMENT HOMES has been my home for nearly a year. I feel the the apartment complex is safe, well maintained, and consistently beautiful. A gracious touch to our exterior decor' is the potted floral arrangements changed four times during the year to mark the seasons. The pool area, lawns, and front entry are well attended. A major consideration for me in choosing an apartment was safety, accessibility, and appropriateness for caring for my toddler granddaughter. She loves to come here weekly, where she hugs the welcoming Hometown Charlie Brown on her way past the entry fountain and large party room. She has become acquainted with friendly residents of all ages. The Plaza is pet-friendly, so greeting dogs and watching resident cats are favorite activities for this child, as well as caring for flowers on the all-concrete-and-steel deck. Our heated underground parking is convenient and safe for her, as well as all the adults who make The Plaza their home. Management strives to meet the needs of a great variety of residents through prompt maintenance response, and by planning a wide selection of social gatherings, movies, and exercise classes. We enjoy a book club, card-playing groups, and various games. The Plaza shuttle provides convenient transportation to local shopping and outings. Complementary transport to the airport can also be arranged. I appreciate many facets of a gracious life here at The Plaza.

Great Location, Beautiful Building

We love the location, so easy to get to Minneapolis, downtown St. Paul, southern suburbs in just a few minutes. This is the 2nd StuartCo building we have lived in and they do an excellent job at property management. Everything is well maintained and their customer service is outstanding. This community is very friendly, to humans and pets! We look forward to many years here at the Plaza.

We are Delighted to be Residents of The Plaza

Although we are only 60-day residents, we intend to spend many happy years at the Plaza. We are comfortable, secure and feel at home here. This is a wonderful facility. The staff is superb.

I Love Living Here!

It’s a lovely building with friendly people and friendly pets. Beautifully maintained. A caring atmosphere. The caretakers are fabulous, the front office staff and other staff members seem to value their work and the property. The grounds are beautiful.

Great Place to Live

The Plaza is a great place. Quiet, friendly community. The office staff is great and dedicated to the residents. The caretakers make sure the building is kept clean and are always there to help the residents when they need assistance-even going so far as to provide weekly entertainment for the residents. The Plaza is the best place apartment complex I have ever lived at.

An Amazing Community to Live in with all the Amenities

If you are looking for a place perfectly located between St. Paul and Minneapolis, the plaza is for you. It is awesome to be able to drive anywhere in 10 minutes or so. It’s especially perfect if people want that neighborhood atmosphere. The amenities like airport transfers, pool access, fitness center, and amazing management would be my sole reason for moving in.
